I once was an early career designer, trying to figure out the best path for me. I had many mentors and career coaches who helped shape my path in meaningful ways. I work with early and mid-career creators in communication, design, and technology fields to identify and explore career opportunities that will bring meaning, success, and opportunities for lifelong learning.

I worked in digital design and technology agencies for 16 years, and for 10 of those years led the agency Echo&Co. Today, I help small and mid-sized agencies strengthen their vision, positioning, financial performance, service delivery, and long-term planning.
